What information would we collect?
We would collect information that has been provided by you, such as, personal details given by you when you register with us for information, take part in a promotion or purchase one of our items.

When you register for our mailing list, we collect your personal information. We need this information to tell you about the things you’ve asked us to give you information about; to get in touch with you if we need any additional information; to ensure our records are correct and to check occasionally that you’re happy and satisfied. As previously mentioned, we would not sell or provide email lists to any other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.
We use FloDesk, to provide you with our newsletter. We obtain statistics for email opening and clicks by using industry standard technologies. This means we can monitor and improve our newsletter. How long will we keep your data for?
Under UK tax law we must keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years. After this time, it will be destroyed. We will keep your details that we use for marketing purposes until you notify us that you do not wish to receive any information from us anymore.
Use of your information
So that we can make certain services available to you, we may need to share your personal data with others. This could include delivery partners to ensure the goods you have ordered through our website get to you.
How we will store your personal data
Your data is processed by myself using a stand-alone laptop. No third party will have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
Our computer equipment is virus protected and we cannot be responsible for any illegal breaches that may occur.
Storage of payment details
We do not store credit or debit card information. We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We may occasionally include links to third parties. If we provide a link, that does not mean that we endorse or approve their site’s notice towards visitor privacy. You should always review their privacy notice before sending them any personal data.
Use of cookies
Cookies are used to provide information about the computer used by a visitor. We may use cookies when appropriate to gather information about your computer to assist us in improving our website.
We may also gather information about your general internet use by using the cookie. When used, the cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. This information will not identify you personally; it is statistical data which does not identify any personal details at all.
When someone visits our website, we use a 3rd party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the different areas of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Payments via website
To be able to offer you online payment options, the payment provider will need personal information about you. Please visit their site and read their Privacy Notice before entering your details if you are at all unsure.
Your rights
If you believe the information that we hold for you is incorrect, you can request to see this information. You can even request to have it corrected or deleted.
